• Are your ingredients tested?

  Yes. All raw materials are tested by our suppliers for heavy metals, microbiological contamination, and other key quality parameters. To ensure the highest standards, we also conduct random batch analyses in independent, accredited laboratories in Germany.

• Where do your ingredients come from?

  We source all raw materials exclusively from certified partners within Europe. Purity, quality, and sustainable supply chains are at the heart of what we do. Some ingredients—such as tropical plant extracts—are imported through our European partners from other regions. These too are subject to strict quality controls and comprehensive testing by both manufacturers and suppliers.

• What are derivatives?

  Derivatives are substances of natural origin that are scientifically refined or extracted to make active ingredients available in their purest and most effective form.

• ARE SYNTHETIC INGREDIENTS A CONCERN?

  Not at all. The synthetics we use ensure maximum purity, stability, and safety, as they are free from natural fluctuations or impurities. Many advanced active ingredients today are intentionally developed in synthetic form to deliver consistent, reliable results.
