Lecithin

Lecithin is a natural phospholipid complex obtained by gentle extraction from the oily seeds of the sunflower, Helianthus Annuus. It mainly contains phosphatidylcholine, as well as other phospholipids and glycolipids. Lecithin is characterized by its emulsifying and stabilizing properties.
