LAB46 GmbH, based in Germany, has no economic, legal, or other relationship with any company or products under the name "LAB46" in the Philippines. We hereby expressly distance ourselves from all activities, products, and representations of such a company, including FDA Advisory No. 2022-0579 of March 2022, which refers exclusively to products of an unauthorized Philippine company operating without a valid Certificate of Product Notification (CPN). This Advisory Note has no connection whatsoever with the products of LAB46 GmbH and is not related to our activities. We have asked the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the Philippines for an official clarification and disclaimer. In the event of any intentional or defamatory association between LAB46 GmbH and any company or products under the name "LAB46" in the Philippines, we reserve the right to take all legal action, including asserting claims for injunctive relief, damages, and deletion of unlawful content.
