Ceylon cinnamon

The extract obtained from the bark of the true cinnamon tree, Cinnamomum verum, contains characteristic aromatic substances such as cinnamaldehyde and various phenolic components. Due to its high concentration, even a small amount corresponds to the aroma of whole cinnamon sticks. In combination with fiber-rich ingredients, it contributes to a mild, digestible rounding and adds an aromatic plant component to the overall profile.
