To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. • the goods could not be delivered because you provided an incorrect shipping address,

• the goods could not be deposited at the selected drop-off location (pickup point, Packstation, etc.) due to an incorrect or missing identification number (e.g., postal number for DHL Packstations),

• the merchandise was returned to the sender because it was not picked up from the store or pickup location within the pickup period set by the shipping provider,

• delivery failed due to an incomplete or illegible address,

• You or an authorized recipient refused to accept the goods.

This fee covers the costs of returning and reshipping the package. It will be deducted from any refund or billed separately.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been broken after delivery.
