  • Important: Always take with a large glass of water (at least 250 ml).

    Continuous intake (recommended):
    Take 2×3 capsules daily and reduce to ~2-3 capsules per day after 1-2 weeks.

    For targeted preparation:
    Not suitable for all metabolism types. Test tolerance beforehand.
    Take 3×3 capsules (morning, noon, evening) with plenty of water the day before and on the day of anal intercourse.

  • Ingredients per daily dose (based on 6 capsules):
    Psyllium (3580 mg), CoreFiber Complex® (310 mg) [consisting of glucomannan, acacia fiber, guar gum, flaxseed meal, pectin, Chlorella pyrenoidosa, Ceylon cinnamon extract] and L-glutamine (46 mg).
    The HPMC capsule shell is purely plant-based.

  • Yes, but we recommend leaving a gap of around two hours between taking the drops and your medication. This prevents the binding properties of the fiber from affecting the absorption of your medication. If you are unsure, please speak to your doctor.
